So, I thought having a loft office in a downtown area would be cool

It is, except for this weekend. There's a huge art festival Tempe Festival of the Arts and it has this whole area closed down. Not to mention all of the parking spaces in our building are now taken. I guess the rest of the weeks it's good...but man this is just ridiculous.
